The trade of some species, such as Ornithoptera, Troides, Trogonoptera and Parnassius apollo, is controlled by an International regulation. They are lawfully imported, and a corresponding number of C.I.T.E.S licence will be given for every purchase.

ORDER :
Minimum 50 Euros, every order must be written. Please specify the code number and the name of each species,  Example: 4208 CANTHAROLETHRUS  LUXERI

PACKING AND POSTAGE :

• For any order inferior to 80 Euros, packing costs and the postage (stamping charges) will be invoiced.
• For any order over 80 Euros, postage only will be invoiced.
• For any order equal or superior to 230 Euros, packing and postage won't be invoiced.
• Shipments are made by "Registered Colissimo Expert International" each Monday after receiving settlements.

NOTE :
We advise you to unwrap the specimens very carefully and not to throw away the packaging supplies before being sure that the whole of the contents correspond to the invoice. Our company takes great care of the preparing, the packaging and the shipment of your order. However if some specimens don’t meet your expectations, you are in a position to inform us within a deadline of 15 days upon receipt of the parcel. Should this time-limit be exceeded, we won't take any claim into consideration.

PAYMENT :
Prices are quoted in Euros, including VAT. These prices are granted as long as the constant fluctuations of the different currencies used for payment are moderate. Payment in advance upon receipt of the invoice, by International money order, bank cheque, or with Paypal by using our e-mail address : contact@chaminade-entomologie.com (www.paypal.com).

ABOUT TAX :
Our catalogues and our lists are quoted in Euros, including VAT (5,50% Tax) according to the European Community regulation.

People who live outside the European Community are not subjected to the 5,50% tax. Should you require the price of the material exclusive of VAT, please deduct 5,50% from the price.
